Mt Mee test
Written 09/04/07
Went to test the OzPrey at Mt Mee today, Andrew and his son Nick were also there. The wind was slowly turning from a SSE to a SE direction. It took longer than previous visits to find the columns of lift, but they were still there and once you found them you could get massive lift. This provided a really good opportuinty to see how the plane would perform with more open space to carve up.

The speed achieved in the dive was really impressive. It was so stable in pulling out of the dives and at all times I felt that I was in full control, e.g. the load wasn't upsetting the aircraft at all. I'm hoping to get video soon from Mt Mee or Maleny, as the video at Woody Pt just doesn't show how smooth, fast and stable the plane is.
